National School Sport Week successes

Last week (27th June - 1st July) was the 2011 National School Sport Week. There were many activities and events happening across the Partnership, and a few of these are mentioned below. If your school organised something as part of NSSW, please let me know and we can share it with the SSP community.

  • Churchfield Primary School ran Health Days during the week, and included coached golf sessions for KS2, as well as coached tennis sessions for the whole school.
  • Robert Blake Science College incorporated PE and sports activities into their Year 6 Induction Day, and made cross-curriclur links with various other departments across the school.
